Refund Policy

Token bundles are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Purchased tokens do not expire.

Failed scans and agent runs that produce no usable result are automatically returned to your token balance.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been made available to you.

If you have not yet accessed the service, you may assert your right of withdrawal by contacting us at billing@wcag-scan.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your request.

You can stop using the service at any time. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Closing an account with unused tokens does not automatically create a cash refund, except where required by applicable law.
