Refund Policy
1. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for unused portions of a subscription period, for any reason including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to cancel before a renewal, or dissatisfaction with the service.
By subscribing you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to this policy.
2. EU consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been made available to you.
If you have not yet accessed the service, you may assert your right of withdrawal by contacting us at billing@wcag-scan.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your request.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing — your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
